Receive an offer in 24 hours after meeting with you.

Accept the offer, pick your date for closing and you’re on your way!

Our offer is strong, we have never backed out of a deal, unless we find that there is information that has not been provided to us and should have been.  Examples of this would be: undisclosed second mortgage, undisclosed liens or taxes owed, house is a former Crack house…….We can still make an offer, but it will reflex the additional information.
